Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Looked good on arrival but, after just a few wears and one wash according to instructions, it looks about 6 months old. This was after two weeks. Colour has begun to wash out significantly, to the point of looking tatty as opposed to vintage or worn, and a small hole developed at the stitching under the small V design under the chin.
I've bought two fleeces and two pairs of trousers from Passenger and so far the quality has been great. This sweatshirt, for €60, is awful. I bought a green one around the same time, which has held up marginally better, but I wouldn't buy again
I reached out to customer services on WhatsApp when I noticed the hole and and got an automated response inviting me to complete a form with more information. I didn't follow up and that's entirely my fault. Maybe Passenger would have made good so I'm not in a position to criticise their service but, at this point, I wouldn't recommend this item
