Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I took the advice on other reviews to downsize and so glad I did. Normally a large in passenger clothes, so went for a medium. Still roomy for a jumper underneath. Just love it. Will be perfect for a summer jacket. Highly recommend.
