Our Christmas returns period is extended until January 21st 2020. All orders placed after 1st October 2019 qualify for the extended return period.


We offer FREE EXCHANGES or hassle free prepaid returns for £2.50


Simple pre paid returns for £2.50 deducted from the refund to cover the return postage cost.

It’s imperative that you can buy with confidence. You're important to us and we want you to be completely happy with the products and service that we offer but if for any reason you want to exchange or return your order please e-mail: info@passenger-clothing.com with your name and order number to arrange.

Please read below to find out about returns :

All items for return must be unused with all the original tags attached and in the original packaging - items must be in the same condition as received.

All free items will need to be returned as well if returning order/item(s) from order, or the cost of free items kept will be deducted from refund. 

Exchange / Refund requests need to be made within 30 days of purchase or 35 days in the case of international orders. We cannot refund gift cards. If returning an item bought by gift card or credit note you will be entitled to an exchange for another item, gift card or credit note. You will not be entitled to a refund. Print your own returns label: After emailing us, you can make the returns process easier by printing your own shipping label, please follow this link to our Royal Mail portal to log your return and print a shipping label (Tracked48) http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/2304

We offer free exchanges using this method but customers making returns this way will have £2.50 deducted from their refund to cover the return postage cost. Please note, any additional paid shipping costs will not be refunded with returns

To return or exchange any items the returns form within your parcel or on our Royal Mail returns portal must be filled in and submitted.

Please note: You are responsible for return postage, we advise you send all items using a Recorded/Insured post, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. Once we have received the item back in sellable condition including in its original packaging and all tags attached we can either exchange or refund your order. Please be aware that we will not refund the original shipping charges in any instance other than an item being proved to be faulty or if the order is cancelled.

Items returned without original packaging or tags will not be refunded and credit issued.

Right to Cancel: If you change your mind about your purchase you can cancel your order within 14 days. Orders that have already been dispatched will need to be returned to us through the usual method. If cancelling an order this means returning the order in its entirety, with every item packaged and labelled as it was at delivery, to our warehouse within 14 days of cancellation. In this instance a full refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the order back.
