How does your ‘Signature Fit’ actually fit?

Our signature fit is our core, standard fitting style throughout most of our products. It’ll fit true to size. Not too loose, not too tight. We’d recommend going with your usual size for these.

I saw a product on the website, but now it’s gone?

To prevent any confusion, we automatically remove any products that are out of stock. If we have a few sizes still in stock these will still appear on the website, and you’ll be able to sign up to Restock notifications from the products page, just select your size and then click/tap the 'Notify me' button.

Will you be restocking…?

We continuously re-stock certain lines throughout the seasons, with potential slight variations. If you’re looking to see if we’re restocking a specific product please contact us through our Contact Page.

Do you do Gift Receipts or have an option to Gift Wrap?

Not currently, however this is something we’re looking to bring in at some point down the line.

Where do you ship to?

Normally we ship worldwide! However, it depends on your countries current import regulations if we’re able to ship there right now. Due to the new Brexit agreement between the UK and the EU, we are suspending all deliveries to the EU until we are able to offer a suitable delivery service that enables us to manage the new import duties and provide a seamless customer experience.

We expect to resume shipping to the EU later in February. We're really sorry about this and are actively working on some solutions.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Most of our discount codes are a ‘One Time Use’ offer. Also, you’re only able to apply one discount code at a time and only on full price items.

How do I return an item?

Returning unwanted items is super simple. We offer Free Returns within the UK. Full details can be found on our returns page.

How do I exchange?

We currently do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order on Passenger-clothing.com. We’d recommend placing the new order ASAP to avoid disappointment.

How do I return something if I don't have a printer?

Even if you don't have a printer, it is possible to use our free returns service. Simply fill in the form on the Royal Mail website https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/2304. You will receive an email with a returns label that has a QR code attached. Take the email and your packaged item to a Post Office® branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP). They’ll scan the QR code and print the label for you. If you choose a CSP, check before you go that it can print labels. To check CSP locations can print labels, use the location finder and look for ‘Label printing service is available’ under 'facilities'.
