Hours: Full time (40 hours) 8.30am – 5pm

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 Dependent on experience and Skillset
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years commercial experience

Our Brands Story Teller

Passenger is a fresh brand inspired by travel, music & salt water with a clear style and tone. We are currently seeking an experienced marketing manager to join our team.

This role is to work alongside the Sales Director and design team to deliver all marketing content. You'll develop a sales driven strategy across all channels. Executing and building sales in new markets and bringing the brand to life.

The role is the heart of the brand. Passenger is inspired by sharing stories, content for people to connect with and get inspired by. We are looking for a candidate to drive the brand and reach a wider audience. Build a strategy to expand awareness and drive sales within different sectors and lifestyles.

This is a key role within our team that requires a variety of skill sets. The right candidate needs to be self-motivated, proactive and able to work in a team or on their own with great communication skills.

Marketing responsibilities include:

  • Creation of all content for emails, social, blog and media output, along with, website, product and marketing collateral
  • You’ll ensure the annual marketing and trade calendar are aligned to drive sales through all channels
  • Content strategy and linking this into lifestyle/product and reaching new markets
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Sale driven strategies and reporting on channels
  • Working with the design team
  • Planning and managing photo shoots and liaising with the design team
  • Manage product photography and assets
  • Collaboration and partner building
  • Liaising with retail partners and delivering marketing requirements to build sales and awareness
  • Planning and managing events and popups
  • Great understanding of social marketing across channels and Facebook ads
  • Plan and create with team landing pages and ideas to drive sales on website

  • Strategic alignment of content to seasonal marketing plan; a blend of existing narrative as well as developing from new
  • Strategically position the brand and product in front of new audiences
  • Craft the written copy for the relevant brochures, ensuring strong story telling and seasonal themes
  • Reporting on our social media performance including KPIs and targets


  • Develop email content and deliver to design team in timely manner
  • Create and upload key brand and product stories to blog
  • Gather relevant content, map and schedule social stories
  • Partner with marketing manager to plan, execute and report on social media advertising campaigns


  • Respond to customer enquiries within 24 hours on social platforms
  • Deliver timely and relevant content for various social media
  • Brief colleagues as required in the design team so content is visually bought to life
