How to measure
Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I use this mainly for walking the dog and I'm in a windy part of Scotland. I can wear a t-shirt and just this and I'm fine. I'd say size down if you want a close fit as this is quite loose on me.
