We love our Passenger IPA collab with Brewgooder, and we want you to enjoy it too, responsibly. So a heads up when ordering; your postie can only hand over your brew to someone who's 18+, and you'll need to provide proof of age when accepting your delivery if you're lucky enough to look under 25 years old. So please have your valid, in date Passport or Driver's License ready, so you can sit back and enjoy your new favourite brew.

How do I make a return

UK Returns

If for any reason you're not happy with anything you've bought from us, don’t worry. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return product(s) you bought on Passenger-clothing.com. We currently do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order on Passenger-clothing.com

A Few Easy Steps

• Package up any products that you wish to return, ideally reusing the paper bag they arrived in, and ensure that all items are in their original packaging with the swing tags attached.
• Simply set up your return by clicking here and filling in the required info.
• Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to the parcel and post it. Please make sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels on the outside of the packaging.
• If you're returning items from different orders, please make sure you include all order numbers on a note in the parcel, so that we are able to process your returns.
• You'll receive the refund and an automatic email notification once we've processed you return.

Processing Time
Returns take around 14 working days to process, and delivery confirmation is available through your Royal Mail tracking number (this is the number under the barcode on your label). Once your return has been processed, we'll email over a confirmation with your refund details. At busier times, this can take longer and we really appreciate your patience during these times.

Right to Cancel
If you change your mind about your purchase, before you have received it, you can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. Orders that have already been dispatched will need to be returned to us through the usual method and the order will arrive in its entirety, without having been opened, to our warehouse within 14 days of cancellation. In this instance a full refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the order back.

100% Recycled REPREVE polyester ripstop (50D) with a PFC-free water repellent coating (DWR) 10K breathability rating, 10K waterproof rating

REPREVE fabric is made from 14 recycled, single-use plastic bottles and finished with a PFC-Free water repellent coating. Recycled polyester reduces our dependence on petroleum, cuts out the water and air pollution produced when creating virgin polyester, alongside preventing unnecessary landfill waste.

How to measure

Chest

Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.

Hips

Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Great, lightweight rain jacket for hiking.
I love this jacket! I am a tall (5’9”) long-limbed woman, so I tend to order men’s coats as women’s are often short in the arm. I ordered a Medium, and it fits me perfectly. This jacket is lightweight and easily rolls up to fit in a pack while hiking. The material is high-quality and durable while also flexible and forgiving, and keeps out the rain which is all I really need it to do. I stayed completely dry while hiking during a rain shower. 👍🏼

Keeps you dry, warm and cosy!
I bought this kind of a whim. I really needed a new raincoat and wanted something waterproof. Having looked at loads of water resistant items I settled on this and I am so delighted with it. It rolls up small, kept my totally dry in pouring rain and also keeps you quite warm as an outer layer. Definitely will be buying again!
