Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

this jacket is perfect. It is exactly as pictured and described. Well insulated with roomy hand pockets, the body is insulated, sleeves and body are both lined with nylon, and the hood is sherpa lined. I ordered a medium and it fits great (32DDD, waist 30, hip 44, large biceps and wide hips) . Love the color . It is a relaxed fit, but not too big in the shoulders.

Lovely jacket, well made. However, as someone who has a smaller frame it kind of swamped me! If you did the garment in a petite range I'd definitely have kept it because this would be better suited for smaller women.
I also found the communication around returns slightly limited and confusing when I emailed customer services.
