Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

This is a beautiful color for a cardigan and hard to find. I gave it as a gift to my daughter-in-law, who is 5.9’ and it fell nicely at the bottom of her hips. She usually wears a medium in cardigans, and this fit her true to size. I can’t speak towards the enduring quality (after wear and washing) but it seems to be made well and it’s so soft.
