Great idea , but birthday message did not arrive in my daughters email, and I did not receive any notification that it had been sent . I had to forward my invoice with the voucher to my daughter . Spoilt the surprise .

What I thought would be an easy present for both my sons didn’t quite work.The first birthday my son didn’t receive his e-card and after emails back and forth they sent it to me and I passed it on to him.The next day my second son received his with no problem.The two situations couldn’t have been more different.I was also on holiday so didn’t need to chase up Passenger over a couple of days!
