The Kai Recycled Insulated Gilet is a perfect relaxed fit gilet for adventures amongst tall pines and distant peaks. This lightweight yet super warm gilet features a relaxed fit, adjustable hood, and hand-warming pockets.

  • Cut in our Relaxed Fit with a looser fit through the body. Designed to be comfortable to wear. Size down for a closer fit.

  • YKK zips throughout with contrast colour zip ends.

Care Guide

Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C with similar colours. Do not use bleach or softener.Do not iron or tumble dry. Hang dry when possible.Pilling (bobbling) is natural in textured fabrics, to help avoid this, wash inside-out.

    Great quality but sizing awkward

    This gilet is a great design and is the usual fabulous quality from Passenger, but the cut is awkward. Although I ordered a small the cut is really oversized and straight up and down which makes the top of the gilet very loose. I had ordered the right size to make sure it would fit my hips (according to the size guide) and allow for a chunky jumper underneath but even so, the arm holes are oversized and it doesn't sit against my body, creating a gap that the wind goes through! I still think it's great and will wear it but the shape of the cut means it isn't as comfortable as I had hoped.
