Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I really like the fleece, it is warm enough to wear over a t shirt in the evening or as part of a layering item under a shell jacket for cold wet days. It is also smart enough to ear casually to the pub. It is really well made and fits really well - I am 5'11" about 12 stone with a 42 chest and bought a large which fits me perfectly. As with all Passenger items it is incredible value for money and I love the fact it is made from recycled products.
