I have overloaded this backpack like crazy and I was worried about damaging it but it was fine. Tough exterior and just enough pockets for what I need. The extra laptop protection is really appreciated. I'm concerned that the plastic clips will eventually break as they are obviously the least sturdy part of the backpack, but that hasn't happened yet so 9/10
