Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I’ve bought this in two colours and am very happy with the purchase. The material is very soft and indeed technical - it’s great for hiking, running or mountain biking.
