How to measure
Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I love this overshirt so much. I first bought it in a Medium and while it fit, i couldn't comfortably button it. No returns for us Americans so hopefully I'll sell it, but until then I bought the Large and it's perfect and wonderful. I am 5'7" 190lbs.
